New Document Management Module Available for ESP
Harris School Solutions announces the availability of a new document management module for Employee Services Portal (ESP) add-on customers.
"The ESP document management module now allows the district to use the employee portal as the central distribution point for documents that employees need access to," stated Harris Vice President of Research and Development Scott Schollenberger.
The ESP module provides secure employee access to personnel information anytime. Electronic access to frequently requested W-2 and payroll data increases human resource staff availability while reducing paper costs and waste.
The new document management module permits the district and human resources staff to centralize employee documentation distribution. Examples of these documents include benefit summaries and enrollment forms, policy manuals, expense reimbursement forms, etc.
ESP is now available and can be integrated into any Harris accounting program (including AptaFund and FA2).
